Capacitive Sensing

For use with capacitive sensor signals, multi-touch displays and keyboards

Power Factor Correction (PFC)

PE4201, PE4301

For low-noise switching power supplies and LED drivers

• Integrated safety functions (such as starting current limitation)
• Protection against voltage and current peaks
• Also suitable for use with mains frequencies of over 60Hz
• Fast shut-down speed
• Works in CRM or DCM mode

PE3001 UHF- and PE3011 HF Transponder

For innovative data logging applications in logistics and industry

PE 3001  Features:

• EPC-Class1-Gen2 compatible
• Power supply via RF or external battery possible
• Configurable automatic recording of time and temperature
• Integrated temperature sensor
• 8Kbit password-protected EEPROM for custom data
• SPI interface for connection to an external microcontroller
• Secure access method (optional)

PE3011 HF Features:

• ISO15693 compatible
• Power supply via reading device or external battery
• 8Kbit password-protected EEPROM for custom data
• Configurable automatic recording of time and sensor data
• Integrated temperature sensor
• Direct connection to and measurement of two capacitive sensors possible
• Secure access method (optional)
